  • “Services” — transportation, logistics, dispatch, delivery, pickup, and any related operations provided by Yatsykiv Corp.

2. Use of Our Services

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
  • Follow all laws and regulations related to shipping and transportation
  • Ensure cargo is properly described and documented
  • Comply with weight, size, and safety requirements

Yatsykiv Corp has the right to refuse service for unsafe, illegal, or improperly documented shipments.

3. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes provided by Yatsykiv Corp are:

  • Based on the information provided by the customer
  • Subject to adjustment if shipment details change
  • Exclusive of additional charges such as waiting time, rerouting, storage, and overweight fees

Final pricing may change if actual cargo specifications differ from the information submitted.

4. Cancellations

4.1 Before Dispatch

If the customer cancels the service before the driver is dispatched, a cancellation fee may apply.

4.2 After Dispatch

If the driver has already been dispatched, cancellation fees will apply and refunds will not be issued.

5. Delivery & Delays

We aim to complete all deliveries on time.
However, Yatsykiv Corp is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Road closures or accidents
  • Mechanical issues
  • Incorrect or incomplete customer information
  • Force majeure or events outside our control

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure that:

  • Cargo is properly packed, secured, and labeled
  • Pickup and delivery locations are accessible
  • Accurate shipment details are provided
  • A responsible person is present at delivery and pickup
  • All required permits or documents (if needed) are provided

Yatsykiv Corp is not liable for damages caused by improper loading, packaging, or misinformation provided by the customer.

7. Prohibited Items

The following items are not accepted for transport:

  • Illegal goods
  • Explosives or hazardous materials (unless permitted by law)
  • Items that violate state or federal transportation regulations

Yatsykiv Corp reserves the right to inspect shipments when necessary.

8. Liability & Claims

Yatsykiv Corp is not liable for:

  • Damage caused by poor packaging
  • Losses due to delays beyond our control
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Claims for cargo damage must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of delivery, with supporting evidence (photos, documentation).

9. Payments

All payments must be made:

  • To the original payment method
  • Prior to or upon delivery, unless otherwise agreed
  • In full, without chargebacks, unless approved by our support team

Unjustified chargebacks will result in suspension of service and may be subject to recovery fees.

10. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to:

  • Attempt unauthorized access
  • Disrupt website functionality
  • Copy, reproduce, or redistribute website content without permission
